After six years of guarding scissors, I finally broke down and let Chloe use her scissors in her room. I figured that she was PLENTY old enough to know what to do and what NOT to do with scissors. BOY was I WRONG!!! Chloe decided tonight that she needed a mullet. Well, I guess it isn't quite a mullet but it is darn close. She cut long layers on both sides of her beautiful hair. I am just sick. Off we go to see Amber tomorrow. Hopefully she can fix it and we won't have to wack it all off short. Why couldn't she have gone through this stage at 2??? I threatened her that she was going to be the only 1st grader without scissors this year b/c her mommy won't let her near them! I will post pics tomorrow of her hair. HOPEFULLY, Amber can just trim a little and make it look normal. Pray hard for us please! :)

Summer is almost gone!
I can't believe how fast my summer is flying by! We leave for our annual beach vacation this Saturday. I'm excited but sad. This vacation always means that summer is almost over. When we get back I have to get my classroom ready and then we start workshops. It doesn't help that we start school so early this year. Chloe is excited...she will be a big 1st grader this year. She realized the other day that the 1st graders are the oldest kids at our school. Talk about the BIG girl on campus. I hope her teacher is ready for her! lol
We went to Mimi & PawPaw's house this weekend. The kids had a blast and were spoiled as usual. Here are some pics of the fun times!
