I just can't believe it!!!

After six years of guarding scissors, I finally broke down and let Chloe use her scissors in her room. I figured that she was PLENTY old enough to know what to do and what NOT to do with scissors. BOY was I WRONG!!! Chloe decided tonight that she needed a mullet. Well, I guess it isn't quite a mullet but it is darn close. She cut long layers on both sides of her beautiful hair. I am just sick. Off we go to see Amber tomorrow. Hopefully she can fix it and we won't have to wack it all off short. Why couldn't she have gone through this stage at 2??? I threatened her that she was going to be the only 1st grader without scissors this year b/c her mommy won't let her near them! I will post pics tomorrow of her hair. HOPEFULLY, Amber can just trim a little and make it look normal. Pray hard for us please! :)

Heck, I want the mullet pic *LOL* All three of mine have done it...Brooklyn's was the worst. Melanie and Brandon will still be sneaky, so they only get the scissors when I'm watching like a hawk!! Good luck at the hair salon!

lol! I'm sorry to laugh, but my friend and I just had a conversation about how these kids change the rules the minute we think we have them figured out...and this definitely falls into that category. I hope the hairdresser can fix it.
