Sorry for the long time no post! Just haven't felt like blogging....not really sure why???? We had a great Christmas! The kids were spoiled WAY.TOO.MUCH!!! Their big gift was the Wii and I have to say that Rob & I have had as much fun with it as they have. Bowling & boxing ROCK! I am proud to say that I am the bowling QUEEN! Chloe is in a close 2nd place...the girl can bowl! Carter just likes to bug everyone that is playing but when he finally gets a turn he doesn't want to play....figures!
Rob resigned from coaching at LHS on the Monday after Thanksgiving. I have to say that it has been nice having him home....shhhh don't tell him that...his head will swell and I will never hear the end of it. He is working on his Master's degree in administration so that will keep him very busy. He isn't sure if he is going to coach next year or not so keep him in your prayers.
Chloe is doing well in school with all A's on her report card! Not sure how she pulled off an A in conduct b/c the girl LOVES to talk. She just can't seem to help herself. She is only taking tap right now but will start gymnastics back up in January. She really is enjoying tap and I have to say she didn't get her dancing skill from her mother....I hate to dance! lol We are trying to talk her into play softball this spring but so far she wants NO PART OF IT!! There goes Rob's dreams of having an athletic daughter. She'd rather be all girly and prissy! (I have no idea where she got that from!!!!)
Carter is doing well.....just being a normal 3 yr old who feels like he is in charge and doesn't have to listen! Have I ever mentioned that I hated the age of 3???? I'm not sure why they call the two's terrible b/c to me the 3's are MUCH worse. He tries so hard to be good but sometimes it just doesn't work! It doesn't help that he is so darn cute and can flash that sweet smile at ya! He is still going to half day preschool and his speech still seems the same to me. That darn lisp seems to be getting worse to me but his speech teacher says he is improving. He plans on playing t-ball this spring and is SOOOOOO EXCITED! He's going to be Rob's athlete. He would play baseball or football for as long as you would play with him. Can't wait for ball games! :)
Sorry I haven't been here much but I plan on posting more in the New Year! Here are some pics from Christmas to enjoy! :)
I adore this picture...they actually look like they like each other!
My mom gave Chloe her eye cover thingy...she had to cover her Annie's eyes too! hehe
