Dreary Saturday

Today is a lazy Saturday here @ the Causey house. It is cloudy and just plain nasty looking outside. We are being very lazy here b/c the 1st week back to school, after the Christmas break, proved to be VERY tiring. The kids seemed to be glad to get back in our little routine. My kids @ school were very glad to be back and were full of craziness! Our computer crashed about a week ago and we finally got things back up & running on Thursday. We had some crazy viruses attach to our computer and thankfully we were able to get help from Gateway and things are back to normal. We were able to save all our important files and pictures. Just a little FYI...if you don't back up your computer to an external hard drive my advice is to do so NOW! Luckily all my pics were backed up from 2003-2007. I hadn't backed up all of 2008 but I did still have all of my camera cards full of the pictures from 2008. So the little tidbit of info for today is.......go buy some sort of storage for important files and documents b/c you never know when your computer is gonna crash. I would have NEVER forgiven myself if all those pics had been lost and believe me I take THOUSANDS of pictures during a year. :(
