The highlight of Chloe's trip.

The whole reason we went on our mini-vacation is b/c this horrible mother hates birthday parties. I hate that you spend a FORTUNE for a couple of hours of fun. SOOOO being the bad mother that I am, I decided to try to talk Chloe into doing something else fun for her birthday....she agreed and we planned our little trip to Houston. I am so glad we did it b/c it was the first REAL vacation our family has had. We have gone on vacation before but it is always with Rob's parents. Don't get me wrong I love going with them but this vacation was just US! It was something our family needed more than anything. We got to enjoy time with just OUR family.

On one of our trips to the mall Chloe spotted a store called "Libby Lu". She immediately began begging to go and once inside started begging to get her hair done. We kind of brushed it off and rushed her out of the store. For the next day and a half that is ALL we heard. She begged and begged to go back to Libby Lu. On our way out of Houston we stopped at a mall in The Woodlands. She spotted another Libby Lu...and being the sucker mom that I am, we went in and got her hair done. I have never seen the child so excited in my life. She loved getting her nails, make-up, and hair done. She even got to dance in the middle of the store w/her fake microphone. Yes, she is a diva! It was a blast and I loved seeing my little girl SOOO excited. Excuse the picture quality, the pics were taken with my camera phone.
